Part Time eSourcing Project Coordinator

Work for Client Account Managers to execute strategic sourcing projects. You will learn how to apply cutting edge eSourcing technology to improve the procurement process. You will be asked to develop and execute supplier outreach plans, build web based RFI, RFP, and Reverse Auctions based upon customer requirements, and to execute specific projects. Multiple projects are managed concurrently. To succeed it takes extreme attention to detail, outstanding organizational ability, fantastic follow-up, excellent communication skills, and patience.

Position:
• Flexible hours 10-30 per week
• Work from home with daily conference calls
• Meet weekly as needed
• Position open immediately

Experience & Education:
• Advanced English speaking and writing required
• Demonstrated project management skills required
• eSourcing and Reverse Auction experience preferred
• Procurement and supply chain education and or experience strongly preferred
• Excellent with Internet applications
• Able to convey complex business concepts through oral and written communication - excellent grammar
• Proficient in MSOffice
• Results Oriented – Takes responsibility and required action to meet deadlines including escalating issues and presenting solutions when appropriate.
• Willing to sign confidentiality agreement
• Very detail orientated
• PC with access to high speed / broadband Internet
• College degree required – project management, supply chain, business or related disciplines
• Multi-lingual in Spanish or Mandarin is not required but would provide additional value
